Had a great experience purchasing a JD2025R at the Tipp City Koenig's. Josh was great to work with, took the time to explain all the features while I drove it around a bit (after purchase). Tom was very helpful upon delivery, explained the features again and gave me more hands-on experience. I'm sure they'll help me again with anything if the JD and YouTube videos don't provide enough experience. Love the program to borrow tools too!
I was having a problem with the deck belt on my X330 lawn tractor. The belt had broken and come off on 3 separate occasions. Your service department was very responsive and sent Aaron to my home with his mobile equipment trailer. Aaron solved the problem and the tractor works perfectly now. We were with our last mower service company for 15+ years, until the owner retired and closed the shop. Service was always good and we were always treated fairly. This is our second year with Koenig. Their service has been good and customer service excellent. We're looking to break our previous 15+ year record!
Always a pleasure to deal with the people at Koenig Tipp. Sales, Parts and deliver/pickup people are always nice. Service work results have always been satisfactory..
