Horrible experience. The general contractor I absolutely do not recommend. From not showing up on time, being vague on project details, charging for items I bought myself, not being aware of project details even after discussing them in emails or texts. The list goes on and on of what went wrong or what was very frustrating.
Horrible experience with Kiser in 2013 when we hired them to do framing on our new home. Didn't deliver on their promise, didn't bother to show up a lot of days, very poor business ethics. Overall, a terrible experience and would not recommend that anyone use them for any construction needs.
Worst experience that I have had with any company. I felt ripped-off on a level that is unacceptable. 12,100.00 dollars for one day of work. I will spend the next year trying to pay for that day of work. If you can use any other company you will be much happier. This is my opinion and nothing more. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!
