The service attendant was very good BUT he offered to rotate my tires which were brand new and diffently did not need rotating. When I got the bill for a simple oil changed I was schoked. $93 to do a simple oil change. Never return here again EVER Yes I should have asked first. Bewareof all Jiffy Lubes
Always good service. The challenge is they are so popular is that they are busy and you might have to wait a long time- especially weekends so go during the weekdays or 8-10am
Great service. Quick and efficient. The employees were very nice. The store has free sodas in stock in their waiting room, but I wasn't there long enough to need a drink.
They scammed me. I picked the $50 package for an oil change and when they were done they told me the total was $70 and wouldn't issue a refund
Jiffy Lube on Memorial has the best service in town. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Don't think twice, go to Jiffy Lube. I couldn't have received better service.
I recommend finding another place for your oil changes. About two years ago after a routine oil change at the JIffy Lube at 121st and Memorial, I noticed a small oil leak under my truck. I returned to the Jiffy Lube location at 121st and Memorial and was reassured by their technician that the plug was just loose. He tightened the plug, but the leak was not fixed. This is probably my favorite auto shop in Tulsa. I drive out of my way to see the friendly people who work here. Cody at the front desk is so nice and answered all of my questions. I never feel like I'm being hassled and I'm always in and out very quickly. I love this place and they have earned my business for years to come.
This location does a great job! Fast, friendly, professional. Only place I go for oil changes.
I usually use another oil change place, but I found a new one this morning. Quick. Friendly. Competent. Close. What more can you ask for?
