Fast accurate and attentive crew who are very knowledgeable and attentive to customers. Scott is undisputed JL belt holder for 6months for a reason. In/Out and Filter available. I always check my levels after car is running... when I stopped and jumped out. Scott (mgr) noticed and came to see if my miles were reset or another issue was problem. On a Sunday afternoon my son discovered that his car was leaking something unknown. He's a student , and neeed to spend the day studying; then get on the road to school. Scott found the leak, made a quick adjustment , and topped off the oil.Crisis averted, and my son witnessed a great example of customer service and incredible kindness.
Called the store to see if they had any open availability for a last minute oil change & they said if I come in right away they would get me in. Scott assisted me & I was in & out of there within 25 minutes. Awesome customer service & great work. Thank you to Scott & his team!

Excellent service. Very professional and caring team. I needed brake pads. The courier still hadn't arrived with my parts in over 2 1/2 hours. They went above and beyond & went to Napa & bought the parts for my brakes themselves. They kept me informed all along & apologized profusely. This is a quaint, little Jiffy Lube just off of 421 in Carmel so it is very easy to get to. The site Manager, Amanda is very friendly and asked me right away what I needed in terms of service. After asking for an oil change, she was honest in saying it would be 45min to and hour as I went on a Saturday. The free WiFi helped a lot as I simply worked on my computer while waiting. Working in the customer service industry myself, I truly value good service when I receive it; but I generally never leave reviews as often as I should. I've been here a few different times for your basic oil changes and I've always received good service. They generally have you in-and-out and maintain courtesy and professionalism. Today I needed damaged factory screws removed from a rotor and they helped me in no time at all. It may have been an easy job for them but it got me out of a huge jam! I came here yesterday for an oil change. They didn't seem very busy. The whole staff was absolutely excellent! I used a Living social deal which was an amazing deal. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They did diagnostics and explained everything very well. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Much appreciated!
