Overall a good experience. We like our carpet. Matches our house well. Customer service - -- My contact inside was great. Called regularly to check on us before during and after the job. -- Salesperson - good guy. Typical sales speech. He helped us get to our overall desired outcome. Installation -- furniture moving was kinda iffy at times but nothing was broken or destroyed. They matched current wood in my house and were timely in starting and completing work.
Good price for product. Installed worked his tail off. Some minor damage to walls and baseboards, and I needed my painter to follow up carpet install with some touch ups.
