Everyone from Darrell the salesman to the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. We had a minor problem and they were very responsive in fixing the problem.

Floor Coverings International Cleveland West has a great selection of carpeting. Darrell, the salesperson who brought samples to my house, answered all my questions. The installers did a thorough, professional job with a great attention to detail. The Installation Manager, Mike Bodnar, kept me up to date with the installation process and made sure I was happy when the job was completed.
The salesperson came to our home with many samples. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We made our choice, he took detailed measurements and the carpet was installed in less than 2 weeks. The installer and helper were very thorough and they did a super job! Moved furniture, tore out, installed and cleaned up to our satisfaction. Then put the furniture back. We will use them again!

I absolutely love my carpet. Jen and John came to our house, took measurements and gave us a quote. We had our carpet installed shortly after and it was a smooth painless process. I can not say enough good things about our whole experience.
