Rob is an extremely caring businessman who makes sure his customers are satisfied. He went far above and beyond to make sure we're happy with our floors, and hopefully our experience summarized in this review is unique. We had a floating installation of bamboo floors done, and they looked great. A little over the 2 year labor warranty, we noticed a few planks had separated.
