I like Domino's better than any of the other big pizza chains, and their recipe retooling a few years back certainly paid off. I don't expect it to be gourmet, I just expect it to be pizza.

Yes, I know there are plenty of mom-and-pop pizza shops in Brownsburg and yes, I know their pizza is much better than Domino's, but when it's a weeknight and I just want something quick and cheap and there's an email with a 50% off coupon tempting me from my inbox (Whaaat? Love the the new menu and recipes. Right now they have a deal if you order on-line. Then they send you a $5 coupon via e-mail. We used the $5 and the coupon on the box. We got 2 med. pizzas, Parmesan Bread Bits, stuffed Cheesy bread, and a 2- liter for just over $20.

Never have topping, cheese or sauce even when you pay for double/extra. Has always disappointed. Simple stopped ordering from theme. Donatos is the best chain pizza hands down.

I just tried to place an order which included my free pizza. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. From another phone, I called again. After 5 minutes nobody answered other than the auto answering machine. I hung up after 5 minutes. I tried a third time from my original phone. I gave up after 5 minutes. In addition, in the past I have tried to order online. However; you do not accept my email address. I do receive emails from Dominos. This makes no sense.

Just had a very negative encounter with an employee over the phone. Tried to order a pizza and she wanted to argue with me! Seriously? We never order from Dominos and thought we'd give you a try tonight, guess this was a poor decision. Never again.

When I ordered delivery tonight, it gave me a 35-45 minute delivery time. The pizza arrived 70 minutes later. The pizza was cold and looked terrible.

Terrible service and driver...drivers will claim they don't have a receipt and then jack up the price of the order and pocket the rest. How can a 6 slice cheese pizza and 1 order of breadsticks be $21?!!!! Will never, ever return!!!

This store has gone WAY downhill since I worked there as a teen. Their new owner has emphasized the numbers so much that the employees rush through and in turn mess up 80% of their orders.
