I have been on the service plan with CyTech for several years. They always come when scheduled and give a call before showing up. I’ve never had to sit and wait all day like with some service companies. Their prices are fair and the technicians have always explained things to me in a way I understand. I highly recommend CyTech.

In 2017 we purchased a home in Retama Village, S W Mission. A year later the A C failed. A friend recommended Cytech. We contracted Cytech to remove and replace the entire AC/Heating system. The price was right and their work was impressive. Consequently, we have continued using Cytech exclusively for all our cooling and heating service. They are prompt and get the job done right the first time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! Jerry Mc

Technician was timely polite and more than professional. He unplugged the drain for my air-conditioner and also determined where it is draining too. He poured gallons of water in the drain to assure that it was open and pored clorox in the drain. I would highly recommend the technician that did the work and he is the reason that I purchased a new ****** high performance air conditioner from CyTec.

After 40 years of having HVAC Services and purchases, I can unequivocally state that CYTECH is the best that I and my family in the RGV have used. I’ve been a happy customer since moving back to the RGV 9 years ago from Dallas and San Antonio where I lived for 32 years combined. I’ve purchased redesigned duct work and an upgraded HVAC to replace the original system in the 20 year old house we bought in McAllen.
