Larry, Moe and Curly showed up day 1 and did not know what they were supposed to do. Spoke Spanish. Left after 45 minutes and did not know when they would return.
Business response:
This job was done October of 2015. Unclear as to why the customer waited until 218 to post a review. However, the crew that has this job was let go a few years ago. CertaPro has been honored to of received many wonderful reviews from the many customers that we have been fortunate enough to work with.
Absolutely DO NOT use them.

The customer called our office requesting an appointment. She had a limited amount of availability to meet with the estimator. After adjusting our schedule, we were able to set up an appointment to meet with her that day. We sent her the estimate and she hired us. After completion of the project, the customer called stating that she had some concerns about the work. The owner of the company went to the customers home to address the concerns. The Project Manager didn't show up the first day of the job, leaving us to explain everything that needed to be done. The owner didn't respond to several e-mails and phone calls and didn't address any of our concerns. Our wood cabinets, now painted, are stippled. Cabinet doors were hung upside-down, missing hardware.
Did not return phone calls when promised. I felt like I was tracking down the owner to get a time commitment. Was about to hire another painter when the owner called to schedule the job. Workers were courteous, but small paint spatters on the floor and down the front of my fireplace.Alot of sanding was required at the time, and wall repairs were done well,, but I had to wash/steam floor x 2 to get it clean
