We hired CertrPro, they took our deposit and proceeded to never call and schedule the painting of our gazebo. So it's difficult to rate a no show that also took our money.

It was communicated that due to being peak season, your job would be slated for the end of May. Our production manager did get your email on 5/19 inquiring your start date, however, it hasn't even been 48 business hours since you sent it. You will be contacted. You have not been forgotten!
We had to call a manager to get the job completed in the end. We paid for two coats of paint and two coats had clearly not been done when the paint crew said it had. Had we not questioned the work, we don't think it would have been completed. After our call, the manager visited our house and agreed that the job was not satisfactory. The painters returned and apparently completed the second coat. The manager did return for a second visit to see if we were satisfied.

The painters left things undone the back of 1 door,left drip marks on woodwork. The sales rep was supposed to assist with color consultation did a horrible job we had to repaint 1 room because the color was all wrong and the woodwork had to be repainted (by my husband) because it was also mismatched to the framing of our windows. When i repeatedly tried to contact our sales rep to get follow-up service he would take his time getting back to us. Lots of overspay on the siding when painting/spraying deck...it was a windy day but as the professional he should have known that it was not good day to spray...
The initial visit from the salesman sold me on using CentraPro Painters. He reinformed me that their painters were very perfessional and clean. That our house would be left in the same condition as when they first arrived. Our house was far from that. We have paint on our woodwork. We have paint on our carpet, and a small hole where a painter (I seen him do it, it was after he said oh @%$# and brought it to my attention) cut the carpet because of the paint spill.
