I needed a simple repair following completion. I was ignored for 6 weeks. After 2 months, I finally got a response. Unfortunately the man who came out drove into a retaining wall and over a drain pipe and then drove away. I did the job myself and now must pursue legal action to resolve the damage toy property. STAY AWAY!!! They are the worst group I have worked with in my 30 years of home ownership.
They had to replace a section of ceiling wallboard (about 2x4' )due to a hole from plumbing repair. After contracting for their 'level' 4 prep, the patch as well as a number of other nail depressions, bumps and joint tape were very noticable from 3+'. I asked and they adjusted the bill to a price matching level '3' prep.
I was not happy with CertaPro. The quotation had a base price with extra costs which I feel should have been included in the price. It was recommended that we upgrade to power sanding, but this was the first time we ever had professionals paint our home and thought we would be fine with light sanding. Power washing the house was included in the quote, but the workers said it wasn't necessary.
