CertaPro did a great job on the exterior of our house and they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they considered the job completed.
These guys are the best! So professional, helped me pick out the perfect color and had samples readily available. Within 2 weeks of me calling them my painting was booked and completed. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!
I am very particular and want things done right, it's where I live and it reflects on me. Also my wife does not want me climbing up high (nor do I want to). So I hired CertaPro to paint our home. CertaPro really went the extra mile in helping us get our house painted exactly the way we wanted. We showed them a house we liked the color of and they found out the exact color and got it for us! They were very fast, efficient and professional. Everything was done perfectly and our house looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results!!
Very professional. They showed up on time and the work they did was top notch. They did the exterior of my house and were delayed by the weather but once it stopped raining and my house was dry enough to paint they kept to the schedule. I'd use them again- I had my house painted by someone else 4 years ago and this was a totally different experience.
My house looks fantastic! 2 things really make it stand out - they have a color consultant that will come out to help you if you aren't sure about your colors ( I THOUGHT I was sure but ended up changing my mind) and they did a little bit more than I expected. I decided I wanted one additional trim board done and they just did it without charging me. I love walking into my living room at the end of the day now! It feels just like I wanted it to.
Had a sales associate out for an estimate, didn't hear back, emailed him a week and a half later no reply. Will definitely not recommend. He left a very professional folder of materials behind, I won't post his name, he was very nice while here but not what I would consider professional if he cannot follow up. Even if you don't want to take a job, you contact the customer, you don't waste peoples time.
Unfortunately we cannot recommend this painting franchise owner(CertaPro Painters; C. Gabel) to anyone! What they don't tell you when they give you your bid is that they use SUBCONTRACTORS who have NO training (whatsoever!) in how to prepare (sand, caulk, mask, etc) and paint an exterior home. Met them at the pdx home show.. Had someone come out on a Saturday for an estimate. Everything was good, nice guy. He said he'd email us the estimate by Monday morning. Never heard from him. Left him several messages. Horrible service and unprofessional!!
