In June of this year CertaPro Painters Southwest Metro was hired to paint a small bedroom in our home, to include removal of the "popcorn" textured ceiling and installation of a "knockdown" textured ceiling in its place. The scheduling and estimate was top-notch. However, the problem with this company seems to be communication, with the customer as well as with their own workers. The specifics didn't seem to get given to the guys actually doing the work. At first glance, everything looked very nice - good full coverage, no mess or spatters. However, when I walked around the house, I realized they didn't prep a lot of things - no woodpecker holes, or nail pops were treated/filled ahead of time, they spray painted over several things they shou... read more

The person sent to stain the deck was not a experienced painter/stainer. A one day job took 5 day's and it still is not right. I just said "I will finish it myself I just can't do it anymore. "
They aren't origanized and the company company doesn't supervise their sub-contractors
