There was some miscommunication with the paint crew at the beginning but CertaPro made it right. They were excellent to work with. I will hire them again and highly recommend CertaPro.

Crew sent did a good job painting my trim; painters were very polite and considerate. I have painted a lot, having always done my own painting, and I would have done a better job which is why I gave 4 stars. But it was great not having to do it myself for once, and I would hire CertaPro again.
There was excellent communication throughout the project from a written itemized estimate to daily texts since we had to work within and around weather and limited power at the job site, plus the project had residents.
