This was the absolute worst painting experience I have ever had. I spent over $3000 on a job that had to be redone. Initially I thought using CertaPro would be safe based on reviews but found out the hard way that a lot of the reviews are either fake for paid for by CertaPro. I had to actually fire them mid way through the project for not being able to complete the work as promised on the estimate and extremely poor quality. I used them a few times in the past and it’s always been perfect . Until this time . It wasn’t their usual job — paint got on ceilings and hardware — things that weren’t supposed to be painted. When they came back to fix they were quick about it , but made me feels stupid . I was told by the head painter that this wasn’t his first paint job and I overheard Jarrod (owner) say to the head painter that he couldn’t see anything wrong . But that was not true .
