Initial sales call obtaining quote was good but once the work started it went downhill. The initial team completed anticipated 4-5 day interior job before end of business on Day#2. Upon walk through, there were issues in every single room that was worked on. The sales manager came and viewed the completed job and agreed the work needed to be redone. Your employees have covered my car in overspray and paint . I need insurance information to file a claim .
Terrible experience. House was not painted well and we had numerous "walk throughs" to discuss all the sub-par work being done. They scheduled the final walkthrough and bill when the house had numerous spots still unfinished. They also never replaced wood rot we pointed out to them and they said they would replace. Workers tried to paint walls that were not pressure washed and I have paint peeling off my doors and drips all over the place. Yet they demanded payment or they would take it to collections. HORRIBLE.
I had a terrible experience at my house in Miramar Beach. $21,000 paint job that had to be re painted. They did repaint the house again but it took another 2 weeks before the painting was done then they wanted $2,800 to skim coat and install about 250 square feet of wall paper and would not schedule it until I paid in full.
