The crew did an excellent job adding knockdown texture to the walls of a bedroom and then painting the walls, ceiling and trim.
Project is in the wrap up phase. I have been extremely happy with the results of the work so far.

I paid a very high price for professional service. The job was fairly small and took 2 days longer than what we agreed on. The workers would come and go as they please with no communication. I complained to the office and still no improvement. (Poor follow up and no follow through!!) Even after I communicated my concerns, I received no follow up. POOR WORK. NEEDED A LOT REDONE AND STILL NOT UP TO PAR.
They had to return 3 times in order to complete the job as promised and were dificult to reach on the phone.

This was a difficult project for us but our tecnician was committed to excellence. David worked diligently unitl Mr. Reed was happy with the project. I am suprised to get such a low rating considering the comment card submitted at the end of the job was 4's and 5's out of 5. We aren't perfect but do care about the experience of our customers. We believe in practicing continuous improvement and learned a lot from this customer experience.
