My experience has been a nightmare. My job was completely rushed. Had to come back and do two touchups. Which delayed my process of moving in, since it took them 3 weeks to do the job the right way. If they hadn't rushed it in the first place. Now I'm having issues with my paint. If my dogs rub up against my wall or if I touch it. You can see it. I've tried wiping the wall and it makes it worse. I've tried contacting Scott C 2/2/21. He said he would return my call the following week. Never did. I called 2-3x with voicemails.... read more
Showed up 3 days late. Didn’t cover our wood floors so they got covered in paint specs. Trim looks horrendous. Got paint all over our kitchen cabinets. Broke our kitchen cabinet, tried to fix it then got glue all down the face of the cabinet and on our hardwood. Called our job scheduler and nothing. Wish I’d never hired them
Very pleased with painting, crew professional and cleaned up all debris as if they weren't here. They did leave two fixtures hanging from painting the ceiling but, came back and immediately put back in place. I have recommended CertaPro to two neighbors and a friend. Thanks, great job!! we hired CertaPro recently for an exterior paint job. They came in a gave the quotes the same day. Once the contract was signed, within a week the painting was scheduled. They finished the job in about 2.5 days. The job was well done. They did not require advance payment, which made it easy. Their painters were hardworking and very professional. I would definitely hire them back if I had another paint project at my home.
We could not be more pleased with the job CertaPro did on our house! We had wallpaper from the 80s in literally every room and they removed it all and repainted it to perfection within 4-5 days, we expected it to take twice as long. The salesman Alex was wonderful, super quick to quote and provided us with a quote that was half of what someone else quoted us. Lucas and his team did the painting and they were professional and perfectionists. Thank you CertaPro!
