very nice couple to work with, Jennifer and Darrin did a great job, happy they were here. I would get them again, it was well worth the money we paid. They went over everything each day.
My experience with Certa Pro was very good. A mix up with paint colors, but was corrected as soon as they knew about it. Customer service was wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a painting project!
They took the job very seriously and were very careful to paint perfectly. The stain and paint are better than any other company we have had paint our home.
Alan is a great communicator and worked with us to make sure the job was done to our liking. Marco and his team did 7 rooms and removed nasty old wallpaper and did it so quickly and neatly I was amazed! They were all very helpful. Marco detected a damp spot on my living room ceiling and I learned we ha d a leak in our upstairs bathroom! He even came back three weeks later to touch up the ceiling and help me hang some paintings on my two story wall!! I love love the job they did!
Painter went above and beyond what we expected. This was for a vacation property (we were not there when they painted). They called to let us know one of the colors we picked didn't flow well on the ceiling in one of the rooms they were painting. They helped us explore other color options with their designer - we love the results. Great Job!!
Customer service was excellent. The owner Allen was great with intial contact, estimate, and scheduling. He was quick to answer any questions I had. Job was completed in one day, way faster then I thought it would. Loved the fact that they provide a color consultant to come out and help with choosing colors free of charge. That was awesome considering I was having difficulty commiting to a color. Very professional, efficient and timely project performance. I would definitely use again!
Be careful with the estimate process. My cost was significantly higher (almost 100 % higher)Also some of the work was not acceptable (in the bathroom) To be fair I had my sister monitor the work as I was out of state and I could not be there and she feels the same way. They should have a better handle on how difficult it will be in order to not give customers a false impression of costs.

In regards to the pricing, there was a fixed price for all the painting that was completed. When it comes to wallpaper removal, it is the hardest thing to perform in the painting industry. Nick and the office staff were pleasant to work with but I was told the work would be professional, no streaking in the ceilings, etc. The painters were sloppy, leaving paint splashes on floors, trim, bathroom appliances, ceilings and walls subpar with what looks like patchiness as if the paint was not applied uniformly. I also contracted to have the registers painted due to rusting and flaking of old paint.
