A big disappointment! They seemed professional but... They young man they sent out to stain/seal my 12x12 deck with ramp was very inexperienced. He did not match the color at all, could not finish the job on the first day because he did not estimate how much stain to buy, there where drips, it was uneven, some balusters he missed completely. He used a spray and managed to spray my garbage cans, water hose, phone electric box and the ground. I found out later he also used the wrong stain. So, I complained but, Mr. Hegeman ass... read more
Color match - NOT !!!!! You know I hired these people even though they were higher priced than other painters in my area. You would think after checking off 15 items on a sheet and myself checking off all but two items. Certapro has this sheet that they consider "Hot Buttons" to check off that you would think they would consider to be done, NOT TRUE.
