He was completely committed to our total satisfaction. A few minor touch-ups after the bulk of the work was finished completed the job. He would not accept even partial payment until we were able to visit our property to inspect in person (delayed due to the virus). Apparently these people don't want business. I requested a quote for both my home and rental condo, and couldn't get a quote from these people for over a week. I only received one after calling multiple times.
