Proposal was fully detailed and price was competitive. Tim and Jill came over to provide color consulatation and to help choose a color that would require only one coat (saving us money). Quality of workmanship and clean up met our expectations. Definitely will consider for future projects.

I HAD MY POWDER ROOM AND TRIM IN MY KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM PAINTED. EVERYONE WAS VERY POLITE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION. KIP CAME AND MEASURED THE AREA. I WAS ABLE TO ADD ON A FEW MORE THINGS AND RECEIVED A QUOTE WITH AND WITHOUT THE EXTRA WORK, THEY COORDINATED THE START DATE AT A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT TO MY SCHEDULE. I am sorry you feel that CertaPro has not served you well. Unfortunately, I suspect there is some confusion as we turned Home Advisor leads off and did not do any work for Home Advisor from June of 2019 to January of 2020, nor did we serve any customers with the initials PC during that time frame. If there is any issue with any of our work, please contact us and we will be happy to take care of any concerns you may have. We honor our two year warranty to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with the service we provide.
They haven't done anything yet. This project is for later this Summer. I'm just guessing at the ratings, as this survey is not appropriate yet.
They were to paint the whole interior of my house which consists in 2 stages. They sent in a crew of 5 people. Left a mess every day when they ended the day. The paint was smeared, only gave it one coat. The ceilings and wall paint was all wavy. The woodwork paint all peeled off because it was never sanded down and cleaned after they did some drywall work. The painter that was sent out for the job did not open windows to prevent them from sticking and had to come back to finish the job. Also did not open the garage door to paint the exterior exposed surfaces when the door opens. He also did not allow the paint to cure properly between coats. I could have done a better job myself if I had the time to do the work. I expected a more professional result considering the price I paid.

I am sorry you felt that we did not adequately address your concerns. As our painter discussed, we cannot paint in between the joints or behind the seals on a garage door since it will cause sticking or blocking and can ruin the garage door motor. As for the paint curing, your assertion is based on the paint can recommendation of 4 hours. Please consider that this is based on poor weather conditions, high humidity and low temperature.
