I've hired CertaPro 3 times (interior walls, ceilings, & exterior trim), and they've done excellent work each time. They are very professional, show up when they say they will, work hard, and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very responsive, nice, and helpful.

I had a friend who used CertaPro and was happy with the results. He gave me Shawn's business card, and Shawn came over to provide an estimate. I submitted a request for consultation re: crown molding installation through the CertaPro website. The rep visited May 24, and we talked primarily about two jobs the company could do: crown molding installation (they do time and materials approach, etc.) and exterior painting of the front. (Other jobs like refinishing the floor was something they don't do.) I made clear the crown molding installation was the primary job I was concerned with. Duke Ferguson and his team of talented professionals did a wonderful job of restoring and painting my 50 year old townhouse. Their expertise in repairing (and then painting) interior water damaged ceilings and walls as well as my damaged garage walls was very evident in the results. My only regret was that I hadn't asked them to do this work sooner. Duke and his office manager Mary were very responsive and easy to work with. Perfectionist very happy! Just had my house exterior painted, including all of the trim. Esteban, Omar, Hugo & Papi did a fabulous job! They were meticulous about every little line and edge and my house looks amazing. They were very careful to cover up windows and areas that could get paint drips. I am not a person who is easily impressed but they really wow'd me! Crew leader Esteban asked a lot of questions up front and made suggestions so that the end product was just right. Very happy customer!
