I still have to go back to Pottstown to view their final work. I am in Maryland and they did not complete the project on time which is forcing me to make an additional drive to Pottstown to check their final work and hand the curtains so I can rent out the house. It was a time is of the essence contract and they missed the date by more than a week.

I am very impressed with the work done by my certapro painters. They were extremely thorough and courteous. Very reasonably priced for all the work they did.

Ccompletely unreliable, Main walls were alright but needed touch up.Ceiling awful. Twice called to finish job and never showed. Then no more calls just did not come back to finish job. Manager called said he would come and finish. He got stuck in a job and could not come,but he did call and come the next day.It was like a comedy of errors. Most of the work they did was fine,there did not have enough daylight hours to do the job.also not the right equipment for a 2 story foyer. Not good value for money.

The painter arrived as scheduled, looked around to review what had to be done. ( living room, hallway going upstairs,ceilings) I was surprised when he was not informed that the majority of work was prepping and priming the walls before painting. The painter took too many cigarette breaks. He had to call someone to help him on the 2nd day. Why wasn't he prepared? The job was finished in 3 days. But I had them come back to redo many paint drippings, nail poppings and knicks. ( they were to be done before the walls were painted... read more

We went with the highest estimate expecting a quality job and we were so disappointed. We had to break down the bedroom three times. Once for the original job, second time for the painters to fix a problem with the ceiling which should have been repaired the first time aftter I pointed it out, they told me there was nothing they could do. After talking to the owner (which wasn't pleasant) they came back and repaired it.
