We appreciated Certapros sensitivity to our time needs & their maintaining communication with us throughout the project. Also the painter himself was very patient with our requests for additional attention to a specific area. Mark gave very skillful & experienced recommendations at the start & they all gave very attentive customer care throughout the project. The project went smooth. The communication was great start to finish. The finished project looks great and our tenants love it.
Did a great job on our old stucco house.
They did the work quickly and within the quoted price. The crew was respectful and went the extra mile to achieve perfection and cleaned up every evening before going home. They were careful and showed respect for my landscaping. I would highly recommend this crew.
Outstanding result. Job took longer than planned due to pandemic and lack of personnel but they were very considerate of my time and availability.
My dealings with the estimator could have been much better -- communication left a lot to be desired. The painting crew was fine to deal with - pleasant and clean working. I chose this company because of the amount of the quote. It soon became apparent that the paint specified was not working out well. The solution proposed by the estimator was another 33% of the quote which was unacceptable. The painting crew foreman changed paints and we were able to reach an acceptable cost compromise. Workers and painters were great. The companies communication and coordination has a lot of work to do but the quality of the job was excellent and the price was fair
