CertaPro did a great job on the exterior of our building. I was very happy with the attention and detail that Phil Wilson provided. I have recommended CertaPro recently. There were a couple issues and Phil and his team took care of them right away. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Phil was very professional and provided us with a quote in a timely manner. If we were going to stay in the house for the next 20 years, we would have gone with his company.
I can't put zero stars but I would if I could. DO NOT use these folks. They are just bidders, they don't paint. When your job goes wrong because of shoddy work, they blame it on some nameless sub-contractor and take no responsibility. Their contracts are detailed but good luck getting them to stand up to what they agree to. We contracted them to paint for us. We were assured certain outcomes. Within an hour of the crew leaving, paint was falling off our siding. We had paint all over our fences, deck, window frames, iron work... read more
He was not the best about follow up. Also the crew he used left spilled paint spots on house. Also the porch floor they painted was bubbly. Not sure if I would recommend him to others.
