had estimate done, had a date scheduled, then they changed the dates for Saturday morning we waited around for them after confirming that they were coming indeed , only to get a call half hour after the window time they were supposed to already be here ,saying they couldn't make it because the guy lost his phone and didn't know he had a job today?
