The painter they sent to paint my interior did not put down any covers my kitchen is covered in drywall dust he also used my kitchen sink to rinse out his tools left the water dripping there is paint on my door handles on my television outlet he moved furniture and didn’t move it back. He also talked about his personal business that he was trying to start it and just painting the interior of the home was the biggest project he’s ever done and that he might bring his nephew in to help him just very non-professional and disres... read more
Had exterior of house painted last fall. Prep work insufficient, paint looks awful in places. One window frame not even done. Had rep. out to assess, he conceded it was a "sloppy" job. Vowed to fix it. Winter came, & he said it would have to wait till spring. I have emailed him 3 times now, no response. VERY upset & out a LOT of money for a sub-standard job.
They need to stand behind their work. I have called three times for warranty service and have never received a call back. They don't seem to care.
I’ve had work done in my home just last month. The painter painted my bathroom AND....my floor Ceiling Toilet Counter top Sink Baseboards Doors Light fixtures He had paint on his shoes, therefore I had to scrub paint off the floors leading out through my bedroom. I asked for a refund. They wanted me to let them back in to FIX their mistakes!! I THINK NOT
