Updated experience: CertaPro really stepped up and took care of everything. I'm quite satisfied now. Thanks to the CertaPro team for making sure the job was completed and done well. Absolutely terrible planning and communication. 4 days into a project that I was told would be 1-2 days and still only 30% complete. They were highly recommended, but have completely fallen flat for me. I'll update if things get better...can't get any worse.
