NOT GOOD AT ALL. I FOUND A LOCAL PAINTER TO FIX WHAT THEY DID AND HE TRULY CARES. HE NOT ONLY DID THE ESTIMATE BUT HE ALSO DID THE WORK. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT LEARN THE HARD WAY LIKE I DID. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. THESE FOLKS JUST SELL AND SEND OTHERS IN.
Jeff showed up for an initial estimate visit. Banged on the door like he wanted to bring it down, when asked why the violence knocking on the door, he shouted:" I've been here for 6 minutes and nobody opened the door" to which I replied: that does not give you the right to shout to a woman and talk to her in a disrespectful way.. Jeff is a disgrace, and should be fired. Certa needs to put an eye on this employee.
Horrible! Stay away from them.. do not hire or work with them.
I would have given no stars but that's not possible. After signing a contract they determined that they under-bid the job and called to tell us they that they were walking away from the job. Very unprofessional.
Horrible Customer Service!! After the job is finished, and they get paid, you're on your own! Don't expect problems to get fixed. Initially they did a good job on the paint job. After a few months, well inside the 2 year warranty, paint began to peel. I called repeatedly for a year to get this fixed. I kept being told that someone would come out to fix it, or at least contact me to help me; NOTHING!! Hand the house painted in the fall, already pealing, What poor work, won't even return a call.
Painters got paint ALL over my house including cabinets, linoleum floors, countertops and hand rails. Also had an item go missing. When I called the office they assured me that this was not appropriate and they would handle it and call me back, they have not.
