Certapro did the work. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would and did a good job. Using this system to find them was quick, easy and it worked!
They did a very good job power washing the exterior as well as staining the deck.

Very professional and did a good job.
I had to cancel the last 2/3 of the project because their work was not being done properly. The work actually damaged my home and they wanted to have me pay for the damage they caused. Office personnel was not professional .They did not listen to our concerns or think them valid. They said the damage was unavoidable and was not considered part of the contract but they would repair it for an "additional charge".

We went above and beyond to accommodate to the customer on all phases of this project. After removing the deck portion it was noticeable that whoever previously installed the deck built it directly into the siding. We found we would need to do additional work not included in the contract. Repairing the siding was clearly not part of the scope of the project and to do this repair we needed the customer's approval of a change order that would cover the additional cost. The job was done quickly but the paint quality showed the haste. The price was high for the quality of the work.

The customer purchased and provided the paint for this project which was a condo rental. The client was not on premises while the project was in progress. When the project was near completion, we requested that the client meet the painting supervisor at the apartment for a final walk through as we always do as part of our procedure to ensure that the client is happy with the work and to address any issues the client identifies. Prep work done before painting was sloppy or not done at all in some areas. Painting was also sloppy, they left big white marks in my hardwood floors that were just stained and finished the week before. Overall it was not the professional paint job I was expecting.

We did not expect final payment until they were totally satisfied. Once all the issues were addressed, we received payment in full and the client was happy.
