It was a great pleasure working with Toni. He was not only professional and friendly, byt he was very open, honest, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to be there to oversee the painting, but Toni made sure things went well. There were a couple of issues but Toni quickly made them right. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters!

When I first contacted this company, the owner was very professional, informative, and helpful. His painting crew was prompt, efficient, and everything was performed just as agreed to in the estimate. I would definitely recommend CertaPro Painters of Columbia.
The painters were so polite and helpful. I would hire them again.
Took a few weeks to finalize the contract but the painting was complete in two days time and the painters left no mess.

Great job - looks good
Now that I have finished puttnig everything back in its place, I am somewhat disappointed. At the completion of the job things looked good, and some clearly visible issues were bought to CertaPro's attention. I think they could have done better, by paying more attention to details required for the job. For example, smoothing as well as filling/reparing wall areas. The seemed to be rushed on the second day and had to return twice late in the day after working on another job.

Meta was very personable, I like her a lot, thats why she got my contract, however, they uses subcontractor, did not come prepared, always short of material, took a long time to complete a project that could be done in a couple of days.
