We were out of town when we had the painting done. They were neat, orderly, and got the work done on time, but when we got home, we noticed some areas that we were not satisfied with. Areas that needed to be repainted. The owner immediately had the painters come out to fix what we weren't happy with and went beyond the call of duty for customer satisfaction. I just think the service was top notch.
Results Displays professional work, New paint blends with aged painting. No clean up was required after completing job.
I think the whole thing with the way appointment was done and follow up is done, it shows customer are valued. Any concerns I had, they answered them.
The guys who came to do the work did a good job. They were in and out and completed the job as expected
