Everyone with whom I dealt at CertaPro was courteous and professional. I felt the price was extremely fair and the job was well done.
Excellent in all respects. I was kept advised about the schedule and received daily updates as well as asked for any areas needing attention. Work was completed on time. Clean-up (daily and at end-of-job) was perfect. A good experience!
The four man team was on time and worked quietly and steadily with care to protect my furniture and they did do careful neat painting. If I had any negative it would be that my contract called for two coats on all walls and I do not believe that was done.

The manager originally came to give me an estimate with letters of recommendation and a current insurance certificate in hand. After reading it, along with the insurance certificate and the letters of recommendation, I had no hesitation in hiring this company, and will ALWAYS call on them when I need painting done. Stripping and sealing a log house isn't easy but Jake and his crew did a great job. They even came back for a touch up on my rear deck just to make sure I was satisfied. Did a great job of clean up too. Very professional.
