Bob was great. Showed up on time and the price was very reasonable. Rafael did the staining and painting and he was very professional. He made sure all work met my approval. If I was not 100% pleased with anything he immediately corrected it. The only reason I didn't give the customer service 5 stars is because the painters worked on their own schedule and I had to arrange my time around theirs. Bob was extremely flexible in quoting and scheduling our work, as we were going to be closing on the house the same week the painting was being done, and we were arranging everything from out of state. He didn't blink when we got into the house and realized we needed to add to the project. He also not only helped us with color choices, but suggested buying sample amounts and trying them out on a piece of cardboard and moving them around the rooms in different lighting, which helped us decide against one of the colors.
