Manager lacked communication skills from the beginning, not returning phone calls and ignoring emails. Was told when they would start and took off work, just for no one to show. Got excuses after excuses from the poor leadership at Acworth Certapro. Even once I voiced all concerns to John, the manager, he claimed it was their busy time and showed no interest in keeping my business. I refused to use Certapro, but went with a reliable, honest company. Don't waste your time - read the other reviews out there too!
