Kevin was extremely easy to work with. The painting crew were very friendly and went over and beyond their normal responsibilities. Even helped re connect our big screen TV. Would highly recommend their services.

I used CertaPro Painters of Ahwatukee Chandler for a paint project. They sent two crews out, one crew painted my living room, three walls and the ceiling, including some crack patching. They did a very acceptable job. I also had them paint the outside. They had a different crew do this. The outside paint was very acceptable. There was some touch up which is to be expected. The crew was sent out but couldn't complete the touch up because he didn't have the proper ladder. He was going to come back later in the day to finish. H... read more

I have difficulty rating this job. When I booked the job, I was told that the painters would apply a primer and 2 coats of paint to my stucco pony wall. When the painters were finished and ready to leave after only about an hour and a half, I asked them how they did the primer and 2 coats so quickly. The response was that they mixed the primer and paint together and sprayed it on all at once. I'm not a painter and have no experience in this type of work but this wasn't what I was expecting. This was the worst paint job ever, I could have done better, and I am a 58-year-old female with disabilities. They painted on my new wood cabinets on my granite splashguards and on a segment of wall that was not to be painted at all by them and even then you could tell it was a mistake. I found paint on my floor and the taping lines were absolutely amateurish at best. They painted over chipped paint that you could see right through the new paint. Kevin was responsive and appeared very professional, but his crew was anything but professional. The initial crew showed up at 8 a.m.to power spray the house. They could not speak English, therefore, I had to point and show them that dirt was running down the walls of the house. They eventually got the message and power sprayed the house. The actual painter did not arrive until 3:30 p.m. to spray the paint. The painter only spoke broken English. No English speaking supervisor was every on site.
