We could not be more pleased with our master bedroom closet installation. The design consultant, Jonathan, was fantastic. The design appointment process was seamless and timely. His expertise, guidance and friendliness were superior. The installation process was also excellent. Kelli was the best of the three companies we invited in our home when we were shopping. She "got us" in what we were looking for and was not trying hard sell us, she was patient and honest. Kelli was the only one to suggest the two color design which we ended up choosing. Our installer Dante, was exceptionally careful when hauling the hardware up our stairs and installing it in our closet. He was very kind and polite as well. My wife and I were completely satisfied with our experience right from the start. Katie was professional and helped us design our closets exactly how we wanted. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is perfect and makes our home complete. We're very happy we decided on CC!
I did receive a call from CA Closets manager Chris Reed. We talked about the review I left. Chris did offer to meet with me and discuss how they might make me happier with the installation and he did send me a check for the $640 charge I paid for having to move an electric outlet to accommodate their installation mistake. It did make me feel better that there was someone at CA Closets that was interested in having satisfied clients. Years ago, CA Closets (CAC) outfitted our Bedroom closet. We were happy with the work. This year, we moved to a seniors' community. Apartments can include built-ins at our own expense. They recommended Jackie Rivas at the CAC on Miramar Road. We were outfitting a storage room as a pantry and a den with 2 desks and tall bookcase. I'm an architect. I chose CA Closets because they were recommended to me by a friend who said they were on the expensive side but efficient and competent. All I needed was a sliding door, but as it's in my toddler's room, I wanted to go with someone who could just get it done well so I wouldn't have to think about it. We've worked with California Closets, and specifically with Katie Swinburne, on two major projects for a total of I believe 5 or 6 closets. She's tremendous at what she does - attention to detail, listening to us and our clients concerns and requirements, etc etc. Highly recommended both CC and Katie!

We are very happy with our newly finished master bedroom closet. After twenty years of a basic production quality closet we finally upgraded to a custom closet and we love it. Our consultant Jackie took all our design considerations into account and created a wonderful new addition to our home.
