We had an excellent experience working with Staci Foley, designer at California Closets. Staci expertly designed our master bedroom closet, sizable storage closet, two offices, and a laundry room. In each case she accommodated our needs, had great design suggestions, and recommended just the right colors and hardware. She visited our condo to check on work in progress. Very easy process and upmost professionalism across the board. Amy, the designer was excellent. She had great ideas and listened to all of our wants to incorporate into the design. Roman and Tristan just finished the install and it could not have gone any more smoothly. They are top notch. Installed to perfection. Very thoughtful and professional. Great experience all around, highly recommend!!

Bad experience. They sent one person to do the installation of a bed room closet. I guess they figured how to cut costs.. The person dropped the door, broke an hinge and did not install it right and they had to redo it twice. This place has gotten worse. It took 30 days to fix things.

Well let's start from the beginning. I used California closets in Florida it was so professional. I wanted to buy my grandchildren closet systems that they could grow with and have draws a valet system belt hook all the bells and whistles. Sadly they sent two people that never put a closet in before. !!! The woman that came and measured clearly doesn't have a clue of how to measure. It's a disgrace what they did !!! Used them in another state and they were great. This franchise offers poor quality, high price, and unreliable installation. We can't even get them to return to correct their errors. Use someone else.

We had several built-ins installed. The design process was great, and the media center is perfect. Was the install without any issues? No. But they resolved the problems. Are they going to last 50 years? Probably not. But we're quite happy with the result.

Overpriced for the quality you receive. Terrible install with damage to the closet panels. Very bad communication and they made cancellations to our scheduled appointments the night before the appointment " because the product had not arrived." The frustration level just to get this project completed and repaired took 1 year of my time and dozens of emails! Don't spend your money on it.

Though my closet came out great by California Closets I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THEM. Reason because someone either the lady watching the install because she's new or the 2 young guys that installed it stole something out of my night stand. What was it you ask? It was my medication that I specially put in there before they came and found it missing after they left. I contacted the company and course all denied it. Hours online and the sign on the front door say OPEN Sunday 12-5. It's 1:30pm and they're closed. Thank-you for wasting my time driving here through the brutal rt 9 traffic.
