We were looking for nice custom closets for our new home and decided to try California closets. Patrick Hausske was excellent. He gave us all the information needed with different style options that best suit our needs. I would recommend to work with Patrick whenever you decide to get closets made from California closets

I recently had Donna, from California Closets, to my home to design a home office. It had bits and pieces of furniture I'd collected over the years and they just weren't working well for me any longer. We spent quite a while talking about everything I needed in the office and how I wanted it to look and function. She then measured the room and we scheduled a follow-up meeting at their Plano showroom to see their displays and so I could see exactly what the various pieces would look like and make my final color selection. ... read more

Customer service was my biggest issue. I came into the store to get some knowledge about the different types of closet before my in house appointment and the employee would not help. She told me I could look around at their different options. There is no educational material around their showroom so I'm not quite sure how I was suppose to learn anything. Not once did she get up from her table or take her eyes off her laptop. Not a way to get a potential clients business.

95% of our experience has been disappointing and quite frankly a NIGHTMARE!!! The sales process was great, but once we committed to a purchase agreement our sales representative Susan has been non-existent for the most part. Our install was scheduled for December 14, 2020 in which technicians did arrive; however, our closet is still incomplete to this day and we're now in the middle of January 2021.
