Juliana was knowledgeable, professional and timely. The entire experience was straightforward and completed in one day. The installers worked diligently and the product looks great. I highly recommended Juliana and the entire team.

Drawing finalized onsite during first visit; installation as scheduled and seamless. Two closets: primary BR and a coat closet. Both very different- needs met in both.

I recently had my master closet and pantry done and when I tell you they exceeded my expectations . The designer Ksenia from the very beginning was awesome and very quick to respond when I had questions and believe me I had many questions . Secondly the installers were so professional and courteous . I will be calling on them in the future for my basement closets . If you are thinking of California Closets I urge you to go with them you will be very happy with the outcome .

Whitney was my closet designer, she was patient with me each step of the way and was very attentive to my fashion collection, shoes, accessories and bags and created a closet that best fit my needs. The installers were courteous, professional and on time and did an incredible job bringing my closet vision to life! I am so pleased with the final product and will refer California Closets to all my family and friends.

Really struggling to recommend this location. I've had much better experiences with CC in other cities i've lived. The install was fine, I'd say better than expected, which is the only reason they get 3 stars instead of 2. The "design" service left a lot to be desired. I pretty much begged my consultant to provide some additional options to give my closet some "umph" but she had zero recommendations...I didn't think that was possible, but yeah, she came back with nothing. Later, after looking around and some install pho... read more

I worked with Claire for two closets and my laundry room and work is amazing. Claire is also very professional and great at her job. The work finished before their estimate and the quality is top notch. I hired another contractor for some work and now I have to sue them for my money back and I wished we went with CC from the start.

My husband and I are in process of moving to the Charlotte area, still living in Northern Virginia. We were happy to meet with Whitney, who listened to our needs and ideas and then devised a plan for every closet in our home. Since we were customizing our closets from a distance, we absolutely loved the ability to have Whitney walk us through a live 3D demo of our designs via teleconference. Using this tool, we were able to envision our space, understand the pricing ramifications of various changes, and come to a final desig... read more

Loved getting my very own custom closet installed by California Closets. Whitney Hahn did a wonderful job with the design and kept me updated along the way. Would definitely recommend!!

This company is absolutely awful. The management is rude, unhelpful and clueless. The work leaves a lot to be desired. Find another company to use.
