"Fun experience" Reginald our sales person, was awesome. He Was real nice with our 1 year old daughter. Was patient with us. Helped us look at various cars and fully informed us of every thing we wanted to know about them. We found our dream car at a great price! Eric was real friendly and professional. "The Greatest" I really loved working with Boss(Tony), Eric and Britaini they helped me get into an extremely nice luxury vehicle with a very low monthly payment exactly what I was looking for!! "I almost gave up!" The team at auto gallery are great people. My salesman name was Tony the boss very great guy, he took the time to show me every car that I wanted to see within my budget. Eric did a super job with getting the banks to loan me the money my credit was not the best. Once the bank approved the loan Kristina joined in an completed all the paperwork in record time, this team is the best thank you guys I will certainly recommend this Auto Gallery.....

"Incredible vehicle buying experience" I came to this dealership with less than enough money for down payment for the 2009 Ford E350 Cargo Van that I wanted. Tony, Eric and Britaini worked with me like family. They accepted part down payment, gave me time to come up with the balance to get the vehicle I wanted with payments I can afford. "Amazing" Passed by for like two weeks looking at the Honda Accord. Finally stopped and "E" (Eric) approached me with a warm greeting. He didn't pressure me. I told him what I wanted. David made the sell. I told them that it was a "Florida" thing. Kristina made things happen as well. I gave her a number to stick with and she made it happen. "Exceptional Service!" The Auto Gallery - Lawrenceville GA team provided exceptional service from beginning to end. Eric, the manager went over and above to find me the right vehicle at the right price. I never sensed that he was just trying to "move inventory". It is rare to find someone interested in developing a great customer relationship more than trying to make a sale. Kristina was very professional and thorough with all things financial. "Car purchase" Very pleasant to deal with. Only complaints I have is I had to wait for the car to be detailed, it was supposed to have been detailed the day before I picked it up and the extra key was supposed to have been found. I am still waiting on the extra key, and none of the paper work had been done so I had to sit around for more than an hour for these to be completed.
