"Above and Beyond Service!" Kristina went Above and Beyond to help me get a vehicle, she didn't give up on me and was truly the very best in everything she did. Francis was a true pleasure also and both did a fantastic job of representing the Dealership, I'm recommending them and Auto Gallery to everyone that tells me they are looking for a car, this is the 2nd vehicle I purchase from this dealership, thank you Kristina and Francis!

"Do you ever wish you could give a dealership a negative..." Do you ever wish you could give a dealership a negative 5 star review? This would be a good place to give one. Dealerships like these are where the term "used car" dealership were born. I thought these types of places were run out of town years ago but apparently there's still this one left. "Did not have a good experience. " We purchased a Four Runner for our son recently. We had it for all of a week before learning it needs a new transmission. They were quick to communicate with us while we were looking for a car but somehow can’t find the time to call us back regarding this issue. It is so disappointing that people are this dishonest
"Seemed great...didn't pay off my trade-in" Everything with this dealer was great leading up to the day of the purchase...then things went downhill VERY QUICKLY. They always responded to texts and calls right away, got the car in the price range we wanted, stayed open late for us, etc. The only issue I really had the day of the purchase was that they force you to sign an Arbitration Agreement when you are completing the contract of purchase. "Chevy Sonic" I really can't say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, just depends what situation you're in. Eric was awesome, he had great energy and I wish he would have been my sales guy. Anai was my sales person and I do not recommend her to anyone. She is very sweet but did not know anything about the vehicle, she did not bother telling me how to work anything in the car, she didn't bother saying anything about the car other than "How do you like it?" and "Are you ready to do the paperwork?".
