When I went to the dealership I was warmly greeted . I got comfortable in the waiting lounge, then I wandered around talking to different sales persons and ENJOYED the experience with each one of them. I became FRIENDS with each person I spoke with. i was ENJOYING my experience there when I was told my truck was ready. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

I was really disconcerted when my key fob was not recognized by my EV. It was the first time something had happened since I got the Equinox in July. I lost 4 days of work because it happened on a Saturday, the car was towed and then test Monday and I got it back Tuesday. There was no apparent reason it did this, and I am left hoping it doesn't do this too often. I could be stuck in a faraway place.
