Chris quite literally came to the rescue when we had a pipe burst - our property suffered pretty significant water damage. Incredibly responsive, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Took A LOT of the pain out of the process dealing with mitigation - offered thorough documentation for the insurance company, took great care during the removal process (including storage of personal items), and now helping us move to next steps (restoration).

Chris, Ronnie, and the whole team was super-responsive. Beyond their quick and thorough mitigation of damage from a leaky roof/ice dam, they offered great guidance and recommendations in dealing with insurance and other contractors. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found them.

911 Restoration is THE company to call if you have any need for water/mold/fire/smoke/etc damage remediation (I'm seriously confused why they don't have more Yelp reviews, and like reviewer Sean below, would definitely give more stars here if I could). Restoration 911 of Tahoe would get more than 5 stars if it was possible. During a devastating and stressful time with our house flooding they truly made everything better. They were so professional and answered our call immediately and even after hours they took on our job.
