Tony and Ashley I was LITERALLY looking up your name trying to find you. You are just around the corner. Every one of your team was amazing from Brad first thing this morning to Logan Ron and Austin. They were efficient, quiet, professional,respectful, helpful, I can't think of enough words. You have to be so proud of what you have built. We've never felt better about spending our money. We have had US Heating & Air do semiannual maintenance for our AC and our furnace. When our AC was on fritz, we called them. They were able to tell us what needed to be done. We decided that we would prefer to replace our AC and furnace and had them work up a quote. On August 1 they arrived promptly at 8 am and worked zealously on this big job. They finished just after 5. We are delighted with our new equipment and the excellent service that US Heating & Air provided us.

They always come out within the day we call...usually within an hour!! The office staff is always friendly as well as the technicians.

I've been a home owner since 2010. I have been dealing with this company for my air-conditioning and water heater since 2012. I'm a single female homeowner and I'm not sure if that makes a difference but I feel like it may have played a part. I've had yearly issues with my AC which they came out for and replaced coolant. That I can understand. My water heater on the other hand is a different story they came out in November 7th, 2013, February 8, 2014 to work on it and on April 10, 2015 to replace a water heater thermocoup... read more
