Wonderful services, products and employees! Mrs Ginger helped us to purchase our building! She satisfied our every need and answered all of our questions!! She sat down with us and took the time out of her day to discuss our options from price range, preferences and so much more! She made us a building from scratch, we even got to choose colors to match our house and it was recently delivered ( included in the service at no extra cost) and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! From beginning to end, the experience was more than satisfactory. The one fly in the ointment was a communication glitch on the Trupoint end regarding a delivery issue which, had the team been more transparent, would have generated a 5 star review. Communication is a big dang deal. Don't leave the customer in the dark with timing of delivery unresolved, regardless of the reason. Remember where the buck stops! The sales department was great and everything was very helpful. Now as far as the installation goes, I can’t give a review because I have yet to get my building. This began in the middle of October and I was told 3-5 weeks and I am now on week 9 and have not seen anyone. I felt like I should have had my building before thanksgiving when the weather was still decent, now I’m not sure if I will get it built before the first of the year and it is the worse weather possible. We got our shed from Ginger very professional .she was grate to do business with price and delivery and set up. Keeping us informed when it will be delivered. Delivery was grate put it right the 1st. Time and very carefully doing it. Thanks Again. Ginger.
We are very pleased with this second building we purchased from Trupoint. The two guys who delivered it were friendly and professional. They placed the building right where we had marked it to be. These building are very well built. We would highly recommend these buildings to anyone interested in a quality building.
