Stephanie Walpole, at the Columbia City, IN Frontage Rd location is second to no one, when it comes to personality and customer service! She's always willing to accommodate my schedule and she's always respectful of my time. I couldn't be more pleased with Stephanie's performance and customer service!
I have been with Star Bank since 1965 (previously Citizen’s State Bank). Their customer service is exemplary!! They helped me through an 18 month long stolen identity problem, sent out letter after letter to creditors, prosecutors, and many others…and ten years later guided me through the problem of my accounts being hacked. I never lost a dime with their help. You could never convince me to switch banks! Kathy
I have banked with Star for many years now, 24 to be exact, with business and personal. They have been exceptional to work with. Their customer service has been great. Their personnel have been knowledgeable and willing to assist. The mobile app has been an invaluable tool in both business and personal banking aspects.
I have always gotten good service and help when I have gone into the bank with deposit questions, etc. I did not have such a good experience when I was trying to resolve an issue using the chat room. It isn't a serious issue--just and annoying one. However, I do like Star. Thanks!
Having banked with Star for over ten years we still can’t secure a credit card with the limit we would like and can get else where. Nor can we get a loan for home improvements. Very disappointing after investing over 10 years with them.
