Super friendly staff, very helpful! My 17 year old recently joined Star as a customer, leaving another bank. They have been great getting him going with all his own accounts!!
Everyone at Star are always very friendly and greet you with a smile. Over the years I have met so many wonderful people that I consider my friends. I look forward to seeing them when I need to come in.

Star bank is great. I've been with them since 1999. The only thing that's changed is their automated phone service. It is terrible now I need to call them personally to find out about my account they need to go back the way it was before the change.
Star Bank has always been our bank. We get the small town feel but with the big bank bang. They have always been here for us no matter what we needed. Its great to be recognized by them. I think its a two way street, we respect them by always keeping our side of anything together and Star does the same. You get rewarded by doing your part .
