Star Bank has always been our bank. We get the small town feel but with the big bank bang. They have always been here for us no matter what we needed. Its great to be recognized by them. I think its a two way street, we respect them by always keeping our side of anything together and Star does the same. You get rewarded by doing your part .

BEST Bank around! The No Problem bank. Branch manager Stephanie Walpole @downtown Columbia City and branch manager Chocca Johnson @SR-30 branch are “the problem solvers.” Any banking related issue, just go talk to them. I cannot appreciate them enough.

During the years I took care of my mother in-home (2014-2020) and had to manage her financial affairs as POA, STAR staff at both Columbia City locations exceeded any expectations I would have had if I knew what I was getting into. Banking with Star Financial has always been a rewarding experience. I have had accounts with them for approximately 35 years. The employees at every branch that i have been in have made me feel welcome and have made every effort to find a solution for my banking needs.

I opened my account here several years ago and the person who helped was super friendly. Helped me understand the difference in the type of account I was opening and was helpful and explained the steps in a way I was able to understand. It’s always an easy experience when I need to deposit some change into my account. The tellers are helpful and I’m always greeted with a smile, never an issue. They’re the best.
