Tiffany Taulbee has helped my husband and I so much! We chose Star Bank when we moved to Columbia City a year ago. When we walked into the branch on Frontage Rd., we were greeted by Mindy and Tiffany. Now when we walk into the bank we are greeted by our first names. That makes a customer feel special! We can't praise enough the kindness, professionalism and commitment Tiffany has displayed in assisting us with our transition from another state! Thank you Star Bank!

We had to get our account reset because of a scam. We went to the frontage Rd bank early on a Saturday morning. Amber was so Great and helped us with as reset of our account. She was very patient with me as I am Older. She stuck with me until i was able to get to online banking. She was so kind, patient and helpful. FIVE STARS FOR AMBER *****

I've always had a great experience with STAR, with both their retail staff and mortgage lenders. A few years ago we needed a construction loan and were in a time crunch. The mortgage officer was able to process our loan very quickly and took great care of us.
