I've always had a great experience with STAR, with both their retail staff and mortgage lenders. A few years ago we needed a construction loan and were in a time crunch. The mortgage officer was able to process our loan very quickly and took great care of us.
Super friendly staff, very helpful! My 17 year old recently joined Star as a customer, leaving another bank. They have been great getting him going with all his own accounts!!
Everyone at Star are always very friendly and greet you with a smile. Over the years I have met so many wonderful people that I consider my friends. I look forward to seeing them when I need to come in.
I've had a Starfinancial checking account since 7th grade. I'm now 36 and my family continues to use their services. They are amazing all the way around!
Star bank is great. I've been with them since 1999. The only thing that's changed is their automated phone service. It is terrible now I need to call them personally to find out about my account they need to go back the way it was before the change.
