I have been with Star Bank since 1965 (previously Citizen’s State Bank). Their customer service is exemplary!! They helped me through an 18 month long stolen identity problem, sent out letter after letter to creditors, prosecutors, and many others…and ten years later guided me through the problem of my accounts being hacked. I have banked with Star for many years now, 24 to be exact, with business and personal. They have been exceptional to work with. Their customer service has been great. Their personnel have been knowledgeable and willing to assist. The mobile app has been an invaluable tool in both business and personal banking aspects.
