Super friendly staff, very helpful! My 17 year old recently joined Star as a customer, leaving another bank. They have been great getting him going with all his own accounts!!
Star Bank has always been our bank. We get the small town feel but with the big bank bang. They have always been here for us no matter what we needed. Its great to be recognized by them. I think its a two way street, we respect them by always keeping our side of anything together and Star does the same. You get rewarded by doing your part .
BEST Bank around! The No Problem bank. Branch manager Stephanie Walpole @downtown Columbia City and branch manager Chocca Johnson @SR-30 branch are “the problem solvers.” Any banking related issue, just go talk to them. I cannot appreciate them enough.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful with speedy service, a great place to bank!
Came in on a Saturday with out of state ID and they still helped me open account. Very nice knowledgeable people.
