The fact just moved from California and I was looking for the closest bank to my house, then I saw star financial bank with beautiful reviews and I said why not I will go and see how is it? The fact i amazed by the service and care I received from the respectful ɓanker kaleb Gucinski. Make me feel welcomed and comfortable plus he explained everything for me and all future's bank has. i have been a customer of Star Bank for about 10 years. They have solved any issues that have come up (hacked card, currency exchange, etc). The staff know me by name and are friendly, professional and efficient.
I had all my questions answered . Will helped me and was very patient with me. I go on tangents when doing transactions of any kind but he gently got me back in track to business and always kind and not rushing . Thank you William for yours time . I will recommend all branches in Hamilton county. Especially the one in Noblesville. Nice job!
