I love banking at Star. All of the staff are friendly and attentive and they really have your back with fraud alerts (I have been at my local bank twice this year for new debit cards). I also love that they are a local bank that cares about and invests in the community. It's what a bank should be.
When I do my banking at Star everyone that works there are so wonderful, they acknowledgel you and treat you like you are the most important customer of the day. They smile and so gracious to you they make my day. Thank you all I love my bank.❤️❤️❤️

I've been a STAR customer for a decade or more with very, very minimal issues. I unfortunately had to close my main checking account and had intended on opening a NEW checking account. I went to the Noblesville (146th Street) branch to do this, arriving around 11:30. Aware that they closed at noon on this day, but assuming it wouldn't take too long to complete the task since I was an established client and it would just be a matter of opening the account, transferring funds, and moving along with the day. I have banked at Star Financial Bank for a very long time personally as well as my husband and his business. They have always been very accommodating and very helpful with any questions or needs we have ever had. My branch on 146th Street in Fishers is close to my house, very friendly, always asking if there is anything else they can help me with and it’s always a pleasure when I go in. Not all banks are like that and it’s a shame that they’re not.
