I love banking at Star. All of the staff are friendly and attentive and they really have your back with fraud alerts (I have been at my local bank twice this year for new debit cards). I also love that they are a local bank that cares about and invests in the community. It's what a bank should be.

I've been a STAR customer for a decade or more with very, very minimal issues. I unfortunately had to close my main checking account and had intended on opening a NEW checking account. I went to the Noblesville (146th Street) branch to do this, arriving around 11:30. Aware that they closed at noon on this day, but assuming it wouldn't take too long to complete the task since I was an established client and it would just be a matter of opening the account, transferring funds, and moving along with the day.
