What a wonderful encounter I had with Mr. Matthew Webb at Star Bank when I went to discuss opening a joint checking account for my wife and me. Matthew did an excellent job of sharing with me the way things work with opening an account with his bank. The result was that my wife and I decided to open our account there that day. Our daughter and son-in-law also bank there and are very pleased with their experience with Star Bank. We are looking forward to doing more business there in the coming days.

I'm not really one for reviews but star financial has been amazing. The people are courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Any time that i have had an issue i have been able to get it resolved fairly quickly. The video banking systems/atms are an awesome way to combine tech with services and same with the mobile app. I just recently refinanced my home and my loan officer through star was awesome.
